The Out for Undergraduate Business Conference offers an assortment of workshops, panels, case studies and social events designed to help LGBT undergraduate students learn more about financial services and consulting and connect with professionals from each of the conference’s sponsoring firms.

The volunteer board assembles an agenda each year which teaches undergraduate students about life in each of these fields both professionally and as a member of the LGBT community. The agenda is specifically put together so that students of all backgrounds can learn about financial services and consulting.
