The Out for Undergraduate Business Conference offers an assortment of workshops, panels, case studies and social events designed to help LGBT undergraduate students learn more about being an out business professional, specifically through the lens of the financial services and consulting industries.  There are ample opportunities to network with professionals from each of the conference’s sponsoring firms.

The volunteer board assembles an agenda each year which teaches undergraduate students about life in each of these fields as both a professional and as a member of the LGBT community. The agenda is specifically put together so that students of all backgrounds can learn about financial services and consulting and explore areas of interest to them.
